A Leaner Body In Three Easy Steps

It's simply amazing the amount of weight loss pills, berries, supplements and placebos that are being pitched to people everyday promising fantastic results by simply taking their magic formula. Don't be a sucker and don't waste your hard earned money on any of these scams. Read the following tips and discover how you can lose weight and have a lener body just by changing your diet up a bit.

The first thing you have to do is actually lose the weight and here is an excellent tip to help you lose weight immediately. Stop drinking anything that contains sugar. Instead of drinking sodas, juices and other high calorie drinks instead drink ice cold water. Water doesn't have any calories so you'll lose weight because you'll be consuming fewer calories per day if you don't change how much you eat.

Most people don't know this but 9 times out of 10 when you're feeling hungry between meals you're not actually hungry but you're actually thirsty. So start taking bottled water to work and try drinking a bottle of water before you start snacking. Overall water is just better for your health but it is also terribly effective at reducing your caloric intake, it hydrates your body and supports a lot of natural bodily functions and if you use it like we mention above then it will also greatly reduce the amount of sugar you consume.

Most people understand that sugar is bad and that it leads to fat so obviously the key is to not consume it whenever possible. However if you already have a spare tire or some fat around your belly, read on to discover how you can start burning that fat off your body today.

Having the lean body of your dreams is only one step away once you've reduced the amount of calories you consume. And remember just by reducing your caloric intake you're already going to be losing some weight but now it's time to get rid of some of that fat around your waist by exercising.

The best time to do any cardio exercise is first thing in the morning on any empty stomach. Consult your doctor before doing any exercise if you haven't exercised in a while. The morning is an ideal time because your body is literally starving. It hasn't eaten in 8 hours (and you should be sleeping 8 hours for optimal health) and it's looking for something to burn as fuel because there's nothing left in your stomach. Typically in this scenario your body will begin to burn fat and/ or muscle for fuel.

Performing some kind of low impact cardio will put your body into fat burning mode. By low impact I mean nothing too rigorous where you'll be breathing too hard. That may seem counter productive but this is the type of exercise that is best suited for burning fat not necessarily burning calories. There is a difference.

If you can't decide between a fat burning workout and a cardio workout for your hear then interval training is for you. Interval training has been around for several years now and basically combines fat burning exercises with cardio exercise. In a nutshell you go hard for a couple of minutes then you go slow for a couple of minutes and you do that back and forth for about twenty minutes.

With burning fat and losing weight in the rear view mirror, it's time to think about how you can prevent any more fat from being added to your body. The easiest thing you can do to prevent fat is not eat any food a couple of hours before you go to sleep. If you really want to stay lean then stay away from any carbohydrates after 6:00 PM.

The reason you don't want to eat before you go to sleep is because you don't do anything once you fall asleep. You lay down and you don't move and your body starts to convert that food you ate right before you went to sleep as fat because what else is it going to do with it? Use the water strategy and drink water if you feel like snacking.

That's really all you need to start losing weight, start burning fat and keep it off. Drink water instead of colas and high sugar drinks, work out in the morning and don't eat any food a couple of hours before you go to bed. The key is to stay disciplined and stick to this for at least thirty days so you can see how it works. You will feel better and you will lose weight if you just stick to it.
